Cali is in her final semester of a Bachelor of Communication and Digital Journalism at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. Cali has developed an interest in crisis communication and wildfire management. Her education and work experience have helped her gain a deeper understanding of the vast communications field while shaping her evolving career aspirations. She is motivated by personal growth, meaningful work, and the opportunity to positively contribute to communication and media in society.

Having lived in Kamloops for most of her life, Cali is happy to call its mountains, valleys and rolling hills home. Outside of her studies and work, Cali enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring local trails, sipping matcha lattes, and focusing on fitness and movement.
