SURVEY: What questions are top of mind for the 2026 local elections?
The Wren wants to know what’s on your mind as you prepare to head the to polls on Oct. 17, 2026.
Voting day for the 2026 General Local Election is on Oct. 17. At The Wren, we’re covering local elections a little differently. We want to know what’s important to you so we can offer news coverage that responds to your questions and concerns. Information from this survey will help us map out our reporting during and after the election.
We know from previous surveys that people in Kamloops (Tk’emlúps) are generally satisfied with coverage of local politics. We don’t want to repeat what other local media are doing well. Instead, we will do our best to fill in the gaps both in the lead up to the election and once these officials take office. Thank you for being a part of it.
